Insurance and Pricing Information for Nutrition Counseling

• Intake appointment: $210 (1 hour)

• Follow up appointments: $185 (1 hour)

We recognize that sessions are expensive and that systemic issues make access to care challenging for certain communities and people. Angie and Grace offer a limited number of sliding scale slots (reduced price sessions) and prioritize the following communities for these slots: BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and/or individuals who experience weight/size discrimination.

If you are in need of therapy but cannot afford it, please let us know. If the slots are full we can put you on a waitlist for a reduced fee slot.

• Reduced fee slots: $120 (1 hour)

• Equity slots: $30 (1 hour)

If you are in need of support while you are waiting to find a therapist, or need more affordable options please check out my affordable learning center for mental health support and education. Our clients get free access to our learning center, so this can also be a way of working with your budget. For instance, you might access a course 1x week, and do bi-weekly sessions. We want to help you find a plan that works for you.

We are out of network (OON) providers, meaning that we do not bill insurance.

We are happy to provide you with superbills for sessions. Please see #8 in the FAQ page to learn more about the superbill option. If you are calling your insurance to discuss whether you have out of network benefits, be ready to provide them with the following information:

• $175 (1 hr)

Public Speaking & Facilitating:

• $500 per hour of speaking/facilitating.
